Honey Whipped Carrots

Ingredients
- 2 pounds carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt (I use this one)
Instructions
- Add the carrots to a medium saucepan and cover with several inches of water. Bring to a boil and simmer until tender.
- Drain and transfer the hot carrots to a blender or food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Serve warm.
