Slow Cooker Cheeseburger Soup



  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened.
  2. Sprinkle in the flour, cooking and stirring for 3-5 minutes to allow the flour to brown.
  3. Add this mixture to the slow cooker, and then add the potatoes, carrots, parsley, salt, pepper, and chicken stock.
  4. Cook for 4-6 hours on low.
  5. minutes before serving, stir in the milk and cheese. Allow it to warm through, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately.
