Cheesy Herbed Meatloaf



  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  2. In large bowl combine meat, egg, milk, parmesan, bread crumbs, and seasoning
  3. Toss the spoon, it’s easier to use your hands to mix everything together
  4. Add cheese
  5. Shape into a loaf and place in 9″ x 5″ pan (or 8″ x8″)
  6. Optional: Sprinkle with extra dried parsley and oregano
  7. Bake 45 minutes to an hour until meat is no longer pink (Don’t overcook! Grass fed meat will become dry if overdone)
