Cheesy Herbed Meatloaf
Ingredients

pound grass-fed ground beef (deer burger, antelope…)
1
beaten egg
1/4 cup
whole milk
1/4 cup
dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup
grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon
garlic powder
1 teaspoon
sea salt (I use
this one
)
1/2 teaspoon
each: dried oregano, onion powder, ground black pepper, dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon
dried sage
1 cup
shredded cheese (I like sharp cheddar)

Prevent your screen from going dark
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
In large bowl combine meat, egg, milk, parmesan, bread crumbs, and seasoning
Toss the spoon, it’s easier to use your hands to mix everything together
Add cheese
Shape into a loaf and place in 9″ x 5″ pan (or 8″ x8″)
Optional: Sprinkle with extra dried parsley and oregano
Bake 45 minutes to an hour until meat is no longer pink (Don’t overcook! Grass fed meat will become dry if overdone)
