Honey Whipped Carrots

Serves: 4 servings
  • 2 pounds carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ΒΌ teaspoon fine sea salt
  1. Add the carrots to a medium saucepan and cover with several inches of water. Bring to a boil and simmer until tender.
  2. Drain and transfer the hot carrots to a blender or food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve warm.
