I had so looked forward to receiving this planner and ordered it the first part of December. I still have not received it and I am very frustrated in my efforts to find out where it is. I paid for the planner through Lulu when I purchased it and received notice that they shipped it out on December 21. UPS has now changed the expected delivery
date 7 times and the tracking number
doesn’t show any progress after UPS received the package on the 21st. I don’t know where else to turn and everyday that passes is one less day that the planner is useful to me. I could order another one but I have already paid for the first one. Any suggestions out there?? Thank you.
We are so sorry you are dealing with shipping issues! I suggest reaching out to both Lulu and UPS to figure out what’s going on. It sounds like UPS is the issue, but Lulu might be able to help you put pressure on UPS, so reach out to both of them for help. We hope you get your planner soon!
