Homestead Barn Hop #95

“Cultivating the Homestead Community”

Welcome to the 95th edition of the popular Homestead Barn Hop!

It’s been busy on our homestead this week– but this time the projects are happening on the inside rather than the out. I’m working on repainting our builder-grade oak cabinets and giving them a bit more “farmhouse” charm. And… I’m also finishing up a new eBook. I haven’t mentioned it yet, but it’s coming soon and will be completely FREE to all subscribers. Stay tuned for details! ;)

So do you have those posts ready to share? Let’s get started!

This hop is hosted by The Prairie Homestead and New Life on a Homestead.

Did you share any homesteading related posts on your blog this week? If so, we’d love to have you link up below! Even if you don’t have a blog, we always welcome your comments!

Some Simple Guidelines:

1. Please remember that the Homestead Barn Hop is meant to be a place to share homesteading related encouragement and inspiring ideas specfically related to homesteading. In an effort to keep our weekly round-up clutter free, links which are not specifically homestead related, and any promotions such as giveaways, contests, carnivals, etc, will be deleted in order to maintain the integrity of the Barn Hop.

2. Please remember this is a family-friendly link up. Any pictures or posts linked to the hop which aren’t appropriate for our children to view or read will also be deleted immediately. We’re pretty conservative, so we ask that you use good judgment and err on the side of caution.

3. Make sure that you link to your Barn Hop post, not your blog’s main page, so your guests won’t have any trouble finding your great tips.

4. Please link back to the Homestead Barn Hop in the post that you share! Feel free to grab the banner at the top of this post to link back to us with.

5. Occasionally there is a problem posting due to glitches in the internet or the Linky Tools. If you have difficulties posting and it does not show up immediately, please wait a little while and try re-posting (this helps avoid double posting). We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, be we do not have absolute control over the internet. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

  6. Thanks for hosting again this week!

I shared “Cheese Fondue” which is family favorite and sooo easy to make, plus, “Essential Oils Restore Hearing!” which really worked for me.

    Have a great week!

  7. Hello Jill,
It’s been a long time, looks like your site and life our doing good! Babies underfoot and homesteading can’t get better than that.
I linked up an article we wrote for Countryside starting from scratch on the barn hop.

    • So good to hear from you Abby Jo! Hope all is well for your family– glad to see you in the Barn Hop this week!

  8. I am disappointed — can’t read the posts because I don’t have a linky account. And I can’t get a linky account without a blog address. I read this blog regularly and don’t remember having this problem in the past. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    • Same here… darn. Hopeful that we can get it at some point.

    • Hmmm… You shouldn’t have to have an account to view the posts? I haven’t heard of anyone having a problem with that before– it might be a LinkyTools glitch. I’ll look into it and see what I can find!

  9. I love this Barn Hop, thank you for having this every Monday. I know you said people adding to this Hop may experience problems with Linky Tools but should there be a problem with clicking on the links also? I can’t seem to bring up any of the links. Please forgive me, I’m not really computer savy. :)
